Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We will ship your product(s) as soon as possible once your order has been processed. All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Veldhoven and Eindhoven. Please reference the below details to estimate the number of days it will take to receive your order from the time you receive your email shipping notification.

Express Shipping

If you would like your order shipped via ‘2-Day’ or ‘Next Day’, please mention "Quick Delivery" in your order description.

*Express orders may not ship same day for reasons including but not limited to: credit card processing errors, shipping and billing address verification, and inventory availability.

Regular Shipping

  • We deliver products throughout Netherlands, Belgium, Germany

  • Depending on your location your delivery may take 24 to 48 hours

  • Fresh Vegetables, Home made Sweets & Snacks please pre-book by Monday for delivery from Wednesday

Credit Card Processing

All credit card processing will be performed by secured Wix (Adyen payment gateway). BTW will be added to the order during the checkout where applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellations & Returns

Mirchi Masala Grocery have a flexible cancellation policy. Please check below for the policy.

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. The cancel request will not be accepted if the orders have been communicated to the Processing/Delivery and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

 

• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

 

• No cancellations will be entertained for those products that are in offers, or grouped with other products on a discounted price or products that are purchased a week before / during special occasions. These are the limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

 

• Mirchi Masala Grocery does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like Bio-degradable products. In a change, Store Credit/Gift Coupon/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not acceptable.

 

• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice with us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our Team will be after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

• If there is complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

• We deliver 6 days a week and if you forget something you can always add. Our helpful professionals will deliver straight to your door.
